Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our website. Fill in the required information, including your name, email, and password, then click “Submit.”

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the updated address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status.

No, for your security, we do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law, based on your shipping address. You can view the exact tax amount at checkout before placing your order.

We currently ship to selected countries. Please check our Shipping Policy or contact us at [email protected] to confirm if we ship to your location.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse locations.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them as long as they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our [Refund and Returns Policy] for full details.

We apologize for the mistake! Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions via email. Please do not send any items back without authorization.

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and correct address. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address, and you may need to contact the carrier directly.

You can request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
